Who is responsible

What I collect
- When you book a session: your title, first and last name, email address, mobile number and date of birth, together with anything you choose to write in the notes field. This is collected through Cal.com, the booking service.
- When you email me: your email address and whatever you write.
- When you attend a session: notes I make in order to prepare and deliver your profile, and, if you sign one, your acknowledgement and consent form.
- When you visit this website: anonymous, aggregated statistics such as which pages were viewed and which country the visit came from. No cookies are used for tracking, and individual visitors are not identified.
Why I collect it
Your date of birth is required to prepare your chronobiological profile; without it the service cannot be provided. Your name, email and mobile number are used to confirm the appointment, send reminders, and reach you if something changes. Session notes are kept so that our work is continuous rather than starting from nothing each time. Business records are kept because keeping them is a legal obligation.
What I do not do
I do not sell your data. I do not share it for marketing. I do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask me to. I do not use your information to build advertising profiles.
Who else sees it
Only the services I use to run the practice, and only to the extent they need it: Cal.com for scheduling, Zoho Mail for email, and the website's hosting provider. Each of these processes data under its own terms, and none of them receives your information for their own purposes.
Confidentiality
Everything discussed in a session is confidential and is not disclosed to any third party, except where disclosure is required by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, ordered by a competent authority, or necessary to prevent a serious and immediate risk of harm to you or to another person.
How long I keep it
Booking and session records are kept for as long as you remain a client and for five years afterwards, which allows me to pick up previous work if you return and satisfies record-keeping obligations. After that they are deleted. Website statistics are aggregated and are not linked to you at any point.
Your rights
You may ask me at any time for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct anything inaccurate, ask me to delete it, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. Write to hello@juliastamatiou.com and I will respond within thirty days. Deletion applies to everything except records I am required by law to retain.
Security
Records are held on password-protected devices and accounts. Paper records, where they exist, are kept locked at the practice address.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
