I came to this work as a client, not a practitioner. Over the years I tried a great deal: one-to-one coaching, psychological consultations, the well-known personality assessments. Each gave me something real. Coaching gave me direction and accountability. Therapy gave me language for what I felt. The tests gave me a type, and a vocabulary to share it.
What none of them gave me was an answer to the underlying question: why am I like this? Coaching works with your goals; therapy works with your history; a questionnaire works with how you see yourself on the day you fill it in. All three sit on top of your nature. They do not describe it.
Chronobiological profiling does something different, and it is why I now begin there. It reads your make-up from the moment you were born, on the physical, emotional and intellectual levels, without asking you a single question about yourself. It is not a replacement for good coaching or good therapy. It is the map that makes both of them more precise, and for many people it is the piece that was missing.
